Use books as mentors when you don’t have the experience or the knowledge. 

As a young professional, I could be at a disadvantage when it comes to going up against the titans of the industry.

I refuse to make excuses and refuse to allow my clients to be put in an underdog position.

Instead of slowly gaining experience or knowledge in the field of mediation, negotiation, or storytelling, I read everything I can get my hands on related to the subject matters.

For me, books have been mentors to me and have helped me kick some insurance ass!
