Why you shouldn’t have sympathy for drivers that cause an accident. 

There is a rule that attorneys are not allowed to let the jury know that the at-fault driver in a car accident is not really the one paying (most of the time). 

Is this fair???

In fact, the court costs, the attorneys fees, and the verdict payout is paid by the insurance company…but juries are not allowed to be told that by the attorneys or the amount of insurance coverage available.
